    Great blog, thanks for the input.

    Just a comment (or suggestion) on the heat map above – i know its not your original work but….

    Wouldn’t it be better to show the “heat” as towers or spikes rather than the plain use of colour? Would make the data visualisation much more readable and conclusions can be drawn easier.

    One thing I can tell you from this heatmap are that banners are DEAD. Then again, you knew this already. :-)
