Check this out. Chewing gum brand 5Gum has a penchant for using social and social only to promote its music experiences. By the looks of things, 2013 will be no different.

In 2011, the brand organised gigs with top Irish Indie act Two Door Cinema Club, following that up with top electro acts A-trak and HudMo in late 2012.

Rumour has it that the next edition of one of South Africa’s most anticipated events will be announced next week. Keep it locked to @5GumSA on Twitter and Facebook for the reveal of the next international band, confirmed to rock the streets of Johannesburg and Cape Town.

When pressed for a hint about the band that would be performing, 5Gum would only say that they were award winning.
