State trooper lifts Wonder Woman, Captain America to kid’s birthday party

Who says that the police is a useless force in the face of superheroes and their awesome power? What if said superheroes’ their car breaks down and they have no conceivable clue about the workings of an internal combustion engine?

That’s what happened to Wonder Woman and Captain America this weekend on an interstate in New Hampshire.

On their way to a kid’s birthday party (naturally), the duo were met with car trouble, an evil force that no amount of good will, vibranium, or lassos could defeat.

So, what did a passing local state trooper do? Pull over, to help the couple out. Here’s the New Hampshire State Police’s account of events:

On March 13, 2016 at approximately 11:00 hours, two Superheroes needed assistance on I -93 in Hooksett after their vehicle broke down. Trooper M. Suttmeier from ‪#‎TroopB‬ came to their rescue. Trooper Suttmeier assisted these Superheroes so they would not be late to a young child’s birthday party. The children were very excited to see the Superheroes arrive and get out of a ‪#‎NHSP‬ Cruiser.

After the car was rendered unfixable, Wonder Woman and Cap got a lift with the trooper, and the rest was history (and a rather brilliant entrance to a kid’s birthday party, we might add).

Have a look at the Facebook image below, which has since garnered over 1200 reactions and 180 shares, for a good chuckle. And let this be a lesson to all: everyone can be an everyday superhero.
