South African movie goers still loving Finding Dory, BFG delights [2016/07/04]

It should be no surprise the Pixar has released another mega hit with Finding Dory and SA audiences are still flocking to see it. What else did SA love this past weekend (1 to 3 July)?

Comedy action movie Central Intelligence is still holding its second place position from last week, while the BFG: The Big Friendly Giant has delighted its way into third place.

The CGI-heavy Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 has debuted in fourth position, with the equally action-heavy sci-fi romp, Independence Day 2: Resurgence, exploding down two spots.

It looks as though SA audiences have finally had their fill of WarCraft as its hanging by a thread in the tenth position.

Horror movie The Conjuring 2 (review) is still on the charts, dropping only two spaces.
