Originally studying Information Technology, Craig developed an interest in design and online media, and moved from business software programming into the more innovative world of online and digital media. Craig opened Refresh Creative Media in 2001 with Graham Shillington, with the objective of creating a company flexible enough to provide cutting-edge digital services in an informal small business environment.
