Mark Kaigwa is a Creative Director and Marketing Consultant born and based in Nairobi. Mark co-wrote the award-winning Warner Bros. videogame 'Pamoja Mtaani’ (Together in the ‘Hood) their groundbreaking first African videogame project as well as 5 Animated short films for Warner Bros. Animation.Mark developed from a traditional marketing background and rose to lead the creative team at an advertising agency before pursuing digital marketing & the social web. He is a growing voice on Mobile and New Media Marketing in East Africa and a Columnist for the Pan-African marketing magazine -- Marketing Africa. He consults with Brands, Agencies and Non-Profits looking to make meaning out of the Web and Mobile Space in Kenya and East Africa.Mark also leads Communications for crowdsourced consumer review platform, GotIssuez and was one of the Faculty at 2010’s Nomadic Marketing Course at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
