If you’re anything like us, you spent countless hours of your childhood playing with LEGO. As you grew up you may have even played the many LEGO games pushed out over the years. Now there’s a LEGO movie coming out and it looks brilliant.

The LEGO Movie follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. This case of mistaken identity means that he gets to spend time with the LEGO versions of Batman, Superman, Michaelangeo (the artist) and Michaelangelo (the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle).
If those don’t sound like the combinations you came up with as a kid, then we’re sorry but you weren’t doing LEGO right.
The film, slated for release in February 2014, stars the voices of Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Will Arnett, Elizabeth Banks, Nick Offerman and Alison Brie and will (obviously) come out in 3D.
