Take a Google Street View tour of the factory where Moto X’s are spawned

If factory floors are what floats your boat, then this should please you. Google has released Street View images of the Fort Worth, Texas factory where it manufactures its flagship Moto X smartphone.

The factory, which ships over 100 000 phones a week, was officially opened earlier this week.

Once used to make Nokia cellphones, Motorola now claims that the space is the first to build smartphones entirely in the US.

Oh, and if you’re looking to get any trade secrets from the photos, don’t bother. Google’s always pretty good about blurring anything potentially dangerous out. This is, of course, not the first time we’ve been taken inside a place where Google magic happens. Late last year, it gave us a few select glimpses of its data centres.
