Spent enough of your time watching your life go past and peaking into your friends’ Facebook existences? Aww, don’t write off those nostalgic Look Back videos just yet. There’s one more that’s worth a watch.
Amateur photographer and designer Joshua Dill put together a clever montage of Darth Vader’s life, worked into the format of Facebook’s new videos. From his early days in Tatooine to force choking the mother of his children, Vader’s life isn’t really the story you’d expect to be set to a warm melody — but Dill has done it. The video includes images from the Star Wars movies, along with famous quotes reimagined as status updates.

There’s even a shot of a moody Episode 3 Anakin Skywalker proclaiming ‘Dark side FTW!’ and a few of the villain choking various characters from the films. Ah, good times.
