The Street View team has released an update which includes tours inside all 12 stadiums which will be used in the tournament, from Rio de Janeiro to São Paulo and beyond.
The 360 degree panoramas give you a glimpse into the view the world’s soccer stars will have come June 12, when the first game kicks off at Arena Corinthians in São Paulo.
Okay, so the stadiums will be a little bit more packed on game days, but they’re still as impressive when they’re deserted:
In addition to the stadiums, Google has also gone out on to the streets of Brazil to capture some of its painted roads, some of which are decorated for every World Cup. You can admire the designs and colourful creations, as well as the streams of Brazilian flags, while navigating up and down the streets.
In addition to the World Cup-related collections, Google has also added a host of new images across the country and the greater region, including Brazil’s Iguaçu National Park and new Latin American imagery in Peru, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
