Flipagram, the photo-cum-video story app, has today been launched for Lumia devices.

The app, previously available on iOS and Android only, allows users to create short videos from photographs. The videos can then be set to music, creating a personalised video photo book. Unlike Vine or Instagram’s video feature, Flipagram allows users to meld ready-taken images together, to form a storyboard. The app also lets users narrate the stories, turning the static memories into living pieces of art.
For Windows users, it is much like PhotoStory for previous iterations of Windows’ desktop operating systems. But Flipagram brings this feature to the small screen.
A successful app in over 85 countries, Flipagram was previously looking for a cash injection of around US$50-million in February, while the company itself was valuated at around US$300-million.
Flipagram can be downloaded on Lumia devices running Windows Phone 8.1 by visiting the website here. Have a look at the Flipagram.
