According to Twitter Reverb over 3.5-million tweets were sent in the two hours after a US grand jury decided not to indict Darren Wilson, the white police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Missouri back in August.

The tweets reflected and documented the pockets of protests that erupted across the US, from New York City to Chicago and Seattle. Unified by the hashtags #FergusonDecision and #Ferguson, familiar faces such as actor and stand-up comedian Chris Brown together with hundreds of thousands worldwide voiced their concerns on Twitter.
