Here’s Jack Dorsey’s manifesto for running Twitter and Square

Twitter co-founder and newly returned CEO Jack Dorsey on Monday outlined his plan to run both the social media network and Square, the payments-based startup he founded and has been running since 2009.

Dorsey outlined his plans in a series of tweets (no surprises there), which also explained his different views on the two companies.

Dorsey also announced the appointment of Adam Bain, previously head of Revenue and Partnerships as Twitter’s new COO.

As for the strain of running two companies once, Dorsey pointed out that he’d already been doing so for the past three months. Dorsey took over the Twitter top job in the wake of Dick Cosotolo’s June resignation.
