Donald Trump, since announcing his intentions to be the US president, has been in the media a lot recently thanks to his racist and Islamophobic foreign policies. And as one should expect, there has been a fair bit of social media outcry from the public and other prospective candidates.
His latest vitriol was against the Washington Post, which is owned by Jeff Bezos, calling it a scam and a big tax shelter.

The @washingtonpost, which loses a fortune, is owned by @JeffBezos for purposes of keeping taxes down at his no profit company, @amazon.

The @washingtonpost loses money (a deduction) and gives owner @JeffBezos power to screw public on low taxation of @Amazon! Big tax shelter

If @amazon ever had to pay fair taxes, its stock would crash and it would crumble like a paper bag. The @washingtonpost scam is saving it!

Jeff Bezos, who also owns Amazon, responded to Trump’s tweet and proposed an entirely novel way of dealing with Trump, shipping him to space in his Blue Origin rocket.
Finally trashed by @realDonaldTrump. Will still reserve him a seat on the Blue Origin rocket. #sendDonaldtospace https://t.co/9OypFoxZk3

This would perhaps be the toughest delivery Amazon has had to make in its history, but it does seem to be a popular choice. Jeff Bezos invite resonated with Twitter users, who retweeting it about eight-thousand times. Trump is yet to respond to the tweet, possibly thinking of another vitriol thing to say, perhaps he will propose that the US bans all people with bald heads.

Despite accusations, Trump’s is largely incorrect. Amazon does not own Washington Post but the two entities are owned by Jeff Bezos in his own personal capacity.
But the real question here is this: do you want to see Trump shipped to space? Let us know in the comments.
