Things appear pretty salty over at Twitter right now, no thanks to the recent exodus of high-ranking executives. This was the second round of Twitter employees leaving the company in the space of six months. It comes as no surprise then that Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO, gave a pep talk to fire up the troops at Twitter headquarters.

During the biweekly meeting at Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters, Jack Dorsey gave a talk that inspired, or terrified, employees to tweet about how much they love — and are committed to — the company using the #oneteam hashtag.

While the content of his address is not publically known, employees came out of the meeting declaring their undying love for Twitter, and prepared to take arms to defend the integrity of the company. The micro-blogging social media giant is not doing well right now and even those working at the company are perhaps beginning to wonder about its future.

Poor Dorsey is having a tough time since his return. It would appear that at least the Twitter employees are behind him, even if investor doubt has been clear over the past few months.

After the pep talk, Twitter employees took to Twitter to express their happiness at Twitter.

Go team and deliver to the people a less busy and confusing service.
