American gun violence continues

Unrest in Charlotte, NC continued this weekend in the aftermath of the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott on 20 September 2016. At least 30 people have been injured in riots and protests since the incident.

The golfing world paid its respects to golfing legend Arnold Palmer, who died Sunday. The seven-time Major winner was 87-years-old, and was affectionately known as The King. His career spanned five decades, while he claimed a dizzying 95 career victories across four world tours.
His contemporaries took to Twitter to pay their respects.

South Africa’s Brad Binder Sunday won the Moto3 Championship at Aragon in Spain, breaking a 36-year drought for the country in the top light tier of motorcycle racing. The Potchefstroom-born Binder claimed the title with four races to spare, and becomes one of only three South Africans to claim a Motorcycle Championship since its inception in 1949.
