The second trailer for Detective Pikachu has dropped, revealing more about the movie’s plot and showcasing even more Pokemon.
These popular Pokemon include Eevee, and the other original starter Pokemon of Charmander and Bulbasaur. But unlike Pikachu, these aren’t particularly cute in CGI.

Speaking of Pikachu, the trailer also reveals that the Ryan Reynold-voiced rodent is a coffee addict suffering from memory loss, searching for answers.
All in all, there’s a distinctly dark tone to Detective Pikachu.
The movie will premier in May this year.
