This saw the number of users on the Android version of Snapchat increase by 6% in the first week of release.

The company also attributed its rising earnings to the launch of its Snap Games live multiplayer feature, new AR updates and its new Snap Kit for partnered apps.

“In the first quarter we delivered strong results across our business with growth in daily active users and revenue,” said Snapchat CEO, Evan Spiegel.

The platform’s daily users now stand at 190 million, with a 39% increase in the company’s revenue thus far.
