Sonic The Hedgehog looks slightly creepy in new live-action trailer

Paramount Pictures on Tuesday revealed the first trailer for its live-action Sonic The Hedgehog movie, causing a little bit of a stir online.

The movie, which seems to be yet another action-comedy about a man and an animated video game character trying to save the world, features a very odd looking Sonic voiced by actor Ben Schwartz.

Fans on Twitter expressed their opinions about the real-life blue hedgehog, with some even suggesting how the movie producers could have made him look less creepy.

Many believe that it’s Sonic’s eyes and body proportions that are the main problem.

Despite the criticism, fans are still excited to see the movie, which also stars Jim Carrey and James Marsden.

Sonic The Hedgehog will be released on 8 November 2019.
