South African actress Nomhle Nkonyeni died at the age of 77 on Wednesday morning, a report by the Herald Live has confirmed.
The Order of Ikhamanga in Silver awardee was well known for numerous roles in various movies and series, including Tsha tsha and Society, as well as Zulu and Catch a Fire.

The actress had reportedly been in hospital since last Friday.
