Twitter wants to help you keep up with its infamous comments section through a new feature that allows you to turn on notifications for replies to specific tweets.
“You probably have notifications on for your must-follows. Now you can get notifications when there’s a new reply to a Tweet you’re interested in,” the company tweeted last week.

You probably have notifications on for your must-follows. Now you can get notifications when there’s a new reply to a Tweet you’re interested in! We’re testing this on iOS and Android now. pic.twitter.com/MabdFoItxc

All you have to do choose a tweet, click on its notification bell on the upper-right corner and select “Top” to get “the most interesting replies”.
You can also opt for the rather brave “all” option to receive notifications about every reply.
The feature is currently being tested on both Android and iOS.
Twitter’s also reportedly working on a Snooze function to smother over-active notification channels.
