It’s all we think about. When is the iPhone 5 coming, what will it look like and will it come in white?

At Apple’s World Wide Developers Conference, happening from 11-15 June, it’s gonna be all about the software, according to one analyst.
“Frankly I would be very surprised if they do announce the iPhone 5. We think WWDC will be more about software,” said Sterne Agee analyst Shaw Wu. We’re on the fence though. The iPhone 4 was announced at the 2012 WWDC by Steve Jobs before he was so brutally taken away from us. But it was also the WWDC where iPhone OS was officially named iOS, so it’s literally an event where anything can happen.
The 2011 WWDC set its laser-sights on software only, with the announcement of the iCloud and the latest version of OS X, namely Lion.
You crave the iPhone 5, but whoa there tiger. Apple’s VP of marketing, Phil Schiller backs up the WWDC’s lust for software. “We have a great WWDC planned this year and can’t wait to share the latest news about iOS and OS X Mountain Lion with developers.”
It’s been expected that the next-gen iPhone will launch in fall (autumn) 2012. Whatever it looks like, expect it to have a nice fat screen, LTE like the iPad 3 and plenty of sex appeal.
And as for the WWDC, for US$1600 a ticket, this event better produce the goddamn goods.
