Customisation is the key element behind the S.T.R.I.K.E 5, expanding on the features that made the Mad Catz’s R.A.T wireless gaming mouse so popular. Following that modular design principle, the S.T.R.I.K.E 5’s customizing options aim to deliver optimum comfort for users.
The S.T.R.I.K.E 5 has five separate hardware components, a control module with E.Y.E OLED display, which allows users to “adjust backlighting, monitor respawn timers” and “launch apps and websites” in-game. Its optimised keyboard can be calibrated to match user responsiveness. The S.T.R.I.K.E 5’s 63 programmable Macro buttons allow for “user-definable commands”, meaning more control at the gamer’s fingertips. The modular Numpad can either be fixed or detached to the main keyboard, depending on user preference.
The S.T.R.I.K.E 5 is also fitted with three height adjustable palm and wrist rests, all of which add up to create one of the most customizable peripheral devices on the market.
