Android 4.2 Jelly Bean is being shipped over the air today to most of Google’s newer devices, like the Nexus 4, Nexus 10 and the popular Nexus 7.

The features explained on Android.com such as lock screen widgets, will allow you to customise your lock screen to the point where you can see your calendar and email, and recognise music with Sound Search and more. As with iOS, users can now also unlock directly to the camera for quicker access.
Multiple users can now customise their own little space on a device by tapping their own photo to access a tailored homescreen, apps, email, photos and storage. Android 4.2 will also allow wireless video to display on an HDTV via a compatible wireless display adapter.
The biggest change however seems to be on the smoothness and fluidity of the OS itself, as shown by the video below.
