The latest update delivers faster processing speeds with the aid of Google’s “Project Butter”. Other new features include: Google Now, which takes data from the user’s Google search history and offers personalised calendar, location and weather information; a faster interface care of Butter, an “improved keyboard interface” that still sucks in our opinion and minor bug fixes you may never notice.
JellyBean 4.1 is not the latest OS from Android, having released 4.2 JellyBean to the Nexus range of devices on 13 November. No word from Google on when this latest OS will make its way to other devices.
