Android 4.3 seems to be keeping its original title of Jelly Bean and doesn’t look to be that different from 4.2.2. Some users though have noted that there are a lot of significant changes behind the scenes. People have been suggested that among the new features are security updates, a multiple user feature and a general improved sleekness.
If you can’t wait for the official release, you’re able to root your Nexus 4 using this flashable ROM that was found on the web. Be warned though, rooting your device is risky and you may unleash a whole lot of bugs and stuff from unknown sources. You can download the dumped code of Android 4.3 here and then restore the files using TWRP (TeamWin recovery project).
If you’re not willing to take a chance on offing your smartphone just yet, take a look at this sneak peek video posted on Android Police:
We do expect to see Android 4.3 making its official debut this coming 24 July. The update will then start its gradual rollout across the globe. We also hope to hear more about the new and improved Nexus 7 or the Moto X at the event.
