Apple is reportedly releasing iOS 7.1 in March. According to 9to5Mac, which says that reliable sources have confirmed the rumour. iOS 7 debuted in June last year and was followed by reported crashes, glitches and battery issues. And eventually, smiles.

The biggest concern in need of a fix are the random iPhone 5s crashes. Better known as the white/black screen of death, people have experienced reboots when running certain first-party iOS apps.
As we can see in this leaked screenshot, the update will upgrade the default Phone app, delivering a new and improved Calendar app, fixing numerous speed and bug issues. According to BGR, “the operating system feels much more cohesive and thought out, with Apple bringing in some of the flatness in areas, and continuing it through in others.”
Other tweaks we can expect include finally sorting out 32-bit apps running smoothly on a 64-bit iPhone 5s. According to 9to5Mac, Apple is likely to announce the software update at an event together with a possible next-gen Apple TV.
