Samsung’s design influences are now going to extend from the Galaxy Note III to the new Chromebook 2, as we’ve seen some sneaky shots of the new leather wrapped internet-only laptop, and it’s a sight to behold. These images come directly from EVleaks, a twitter account that’s been mostly spot-on when it’s come to leaky products shots.

As sales climb, new models like the Chromebook 2 are introduced to replace the 2012 original. Outside of the leather cover, there’s a little bit more information about the Chromebook 2. CNET reports on a price of US$299 and US$399 for the 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch models respectively.
There were rumours that the ChromeBook 2 was going to be launched at Samsung’s Unpacked 5 event at MWC, but that never panned out — Samsung ended up launching the Galaxy S5 and three new wearable “Gear” watches, one made specifically for fitness.
