The Chinese Room, maker of indie darling Dear Esther and Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, has tweeted a new image of its upcoming stunner, Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture. These images have been captured from a PS4 game running the CryEngine, evidently.
“This story begins with the end of the world,” says the official site. Gamepur also reports that Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture will feature six characters based in the village of Shropshire, each with a unique storyline which unfolds “during the apocalypse”. The game will also be set 6 June 1984, as listed on the official site. There’s a predicted 2015 launch but until then, we can stare at these mind-blowing images from Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture.
