GTA V developers Rockstar then surprisingly answered the user:
There you have it, GTA V for PS4, Xbox One and PC is all still on track for 2014. When GTA V launches for PC and current-generation systems it will have “across-the-board enhancements including increased resolution and graphical detail, denser traffic, greater draw distances, upgraded AI, new wildlife, and advanced weather and damage effects for the ultimate open world experience.” GTA Online players will also be able to import their PS3/Xbox 360 progression into the new version of the game.
