Racing- or indeed driving-centric games isn’t for everyone, but we imagine Project CARS will likely change this. Slightly Mad Studios‘ realistic car simulator has kept the world waiting, and waiting, and waiting, but it will finally be released on 7 May.
With that said, the download sizes has also been spotted for Xbox One and the PS4, should the purchaser detest optical media. And this is where the real surprise lies.

It’s a gorgeous game, packing around 110 courses and over 60 cars at launch, but it comes in at a meagre 17GB for the PS4 and just over 18GB for the Xbox One. Not shabby at all. While it might seem slim at launch, Slightly Mad has announced that it will push monthly DLCs packing even more wheels and tarmac ribbons into the game as it ages.
