PlayStation 4 fans GamesWorkshop’s limited edition and very expensive Space Hulk board game can rejoice. Funbox Games, Full Control, and HR Games will be bringing Space Hulk: Ascension to the PlayStation 4 this year. The turn-based strategy game will be available digitally on the PlayStation Network and physical disc.

Ascension looks to be a huge improvement over 2015’s Space Hulk, which was released for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. Players command a squad of Space Marine Terminators as they traverse huge derelict spacecrafts, or Space Hulks. Your aim is to eradicate the infestation of Tyranid Genestealer on these long-dormant vessels.

The game will feature 103 missions spread out of three campaigns. Along with team management and customisation of your squad, Ascension will feature an RPG-style skill progression system. Players will battle their way through a variety of complex maps, battling Genestealers and eviscerating them with new weapons and combi-weapons.
Those eager to pick up Ascension now can find it on Steam, along with Steam, along with Space Hulk.
