What does farming mean to you? If you said “nothing” you’re a liar and a scoundrel, because that age-old practice is the bedrock of modern society. Hell, it’s so important to our day to day lives that there’s a game paying homage to it.
You’re damn right I’m talking about Farm Simulator. The 2012 smash hit is getting a deserved upgrade — Farm Simulator 17 — coming at the end of this year, developers Giants Software and Focus Home announced.

For the most part, Farming Simulator it does what it says on the tin: you farm using big earth moving machinery and other potentially havok-causing equipment, grow crops, see to livestock, and the business.

It’s like Farmville but with more tractors. It’s what the football game FIFA is to the the farming world. It’s what your death-laden gaming collection needs (we’re just guessing).
Beyond a simple tweet, Giants has nothing much else to say regarding the game but we do know it will play nice with PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC at least, and likely almost every other platform under the sun.
