The derpy-gravity football-on-wheels game pits two teams of overgrown toy cars against each other in the hopes to put a gigantic ball into the opposing team’s net. It’s everything modern football isn’t and should be, including no ref, no swan dives and a pitch full of fun. How fun? The game has sold around nine million copies globally since launch.
Rocket League will retail for US$20 when it’s launched, but come with a number of exclusives, including a Halo vehicle dubbed HogSticker, and a Gears of War-inspired Armadillo. There’s also some Sunset Overdrive content somewhere. All three previous DLCs are also bundled alongside the game.
The title will go live on 17 February.
