Rocket League was the surprise hit of 2015, and after its recent move onto the Xbox One, developer Psyonix has announced that a physical release will be heading to stores in Q3 2016.
Dubbed the Rocket League: Collector’s Edition, the pack will feature the three DLC updates since its launch, and some edition exclusive content to boot.

The game — which trades ambidextrous footed human beings for four-wheels and nitrous in a game of ultimate football — has sold over eight million copies on Steam with over 12-million unique players noted on the PlayStation Network. The game was initially free on the latter though.
Pricing details for the Collector’s Edition remains scant though, but we imagine that it should fetch more than its current R199 price tag on the South African PlayStation Store, or US$19.99 on US Steam.
The game is also currently available on Xbox One for R169.
