“Cross-network play has been something that Xbox One gamers have been asking us for since the day we launched, and thanks to Microsoft’s new cross-network policies, we’re proud to give it to them,” writes VR of Psyonix Jeremy Dunham, is a press release sent to Gearburn.
Psyonix’s Rocket League has been 2015’s biggest sleeper hit, racking up over 14-million sales across PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It arrived on Microsoft’s console earlier this year too.
This is the first game to support this new feature. There is currently no word on the PlayStation 4 version supporting it.
Rocket League is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
