SA game developer, RetroEpic, is bringing the widely popular board game Flash Point: Fire Rescue, to PC and iOS in 2017.
The turn-based strategy game has players taking on the role of firefighters as they attempt to rescue seven to 10 victims from a burning building. During the game, the fire will spread, making it harder for the players to achieve their goals. Players will need to strategise as a range of hazards will block their way.

RetroEpic’s digital take on the game will include both solo and co-operative play, two different burning houses, and eight different firefighters, each with their own skills.
The board game was successfully funded after a Kickstarter campaign in 2011 and has won a range of awards, such as Best Game Theme and Best Game Design from Dice Tower.
Flash Point: Fire Rescue has an average rating of 7.3 on BoardGameGeek and is the 205th game on the site.
