The Huawei P30 series will be all OLED according to information from China.
Spotted by Android blog PlayfulDroid, the news published to QQ, suggests that the P30 and P30 Pro will remain different in a few notable ways, as is the case with the P20 and P20 Pro (above).

While both phones will receive OLED screens — a first for the base P flagship — it will use the camera setup currently employed on the Mate 20 Pro. The P30 will feature a 6.1 inch screen, while the Pro will get a much larger 6.5 inch display.
The P30 Pro however could sport a “periscope” camera which will allow for genuine optical zoom.
Interestingly, both phones will forego the camera cutout in lieu of a waterdrop notch.
And finally, keeping up with tradition, the base P30 will sport a headphone jack. The P30 Pro will not.
