The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will an absolute monster when it makes its debut in February.
According to a leak by XDA’s Max Weinbach, the phone will sport 5G connectivity, a 5000mAh battery that’ll fully charge in an hour and 15 minutes, and a microSD card slot.

The S20 Ultra 5G is going to keep the SD Card slot. Support for up to 1TB.
It will also be available in 128GB/256GB/512GB and have a 12GB and 16GB RAM option.
108MP main, 48MP 10x optical, 12MP ultra wide.
5000 mAh battery with 45W option fast charge. 0 to 100% in 74 min.

There’ll be three storage options too, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. This means that you could, theoretically, have 1.5TB of internal storage in this phone, if you own a 1TB microSD card.
If that doesn’t make you gawk, the phone will also have an option for 16GB of RAM, easily the largest amount we’ve seen in a smartphone, and more than most laptops.
It’s completely ridiculous, but Samsung’s excuse could be better performance in DeX, the company’s desktop environment.
A more realistic but still ridiculous 12GB option will also be available, but even this slaps the outgoing 8GB RAM S10 5G across the face.
Finally, for the camera setup. Weinbach believes Samsung’s going for a 108MP primary camera, a 48MP snapper with 10x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra wide camera alongside it.
Samsung’s yet to confirm any details, but we do know the phone — be it the S20 or S11 — will be announced on 11 February at the company’s Unpacked event.
