The Cat S62 Pro, like other rugged smartphones from the brand, offers field workers a durable smartphone that can stand up to the elements.

The S62 Pro offers similar durability but comes with a larger display, more RAM, and a thermal camera.
This thermal camera is useful to a range of work environments that require tracking dampness, cool spots, or heat.
“It incorporates the highest resolution FLIR Lepton thermal imaging, which is a game-changer for more demanding work environments such as engineering, mining, manufacture, agriculture, and wildlife,” the company says.
The company notes you can use this to “diagnose the damp, the draught, the leak, the hotspot, the electrical short, the blockage, or the elevated temperature.”
Users can also set up temperature alerts, with the thermal camera able to measure temperatures between -20 degrees Celsius and 400 degrees Celsius.
