PlayStation consoles can get ready to play a whole lot of new free games as Sony prepares to drop ten titles on its Play at Home programme.
The announcement was made on 17 March. The first batch of games will be available from 25 March.

Play at Home was first started in April 2020. It was started in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and offers free games to PlayStation console players.
New free games announced as part of Play at Home
Starting on 25 March, PlayStation gamers will be able to download and play the following games:
- Abzu
- The Witness
- Enter the Gungeon
- Subnautica
- Rez Infinite
- Moss
- Astro Bot: Rescue Mission
- Paper Beast
- Thumper
The nine games can be downloaded for free and will be available to download until 22 April.
However, some games can only be played using a PlayStation VR headset. These include Paper Beast, Moss, and Astro Bot: Rescue Mission. Thumper is also compatible with PSVR.
Then from 19 April, console players can enjoy Horizon: Zero Dawn Complete Edition. The game will be available to download until 14 May.
The game’s sequel, Horizon Forbidden West, will launch for the PS4 and PS5 later this year.
The 2021 edition of Play at Home was launched earlier this month.
The launch featured 2016’s Ratchet & Clank and the game is available to download during March.
The Play at Home programme will run until June.
