There are a few things a Nissan GT-R owner really shouldn’t do and this is definitely one of them.
Russian national football player Andrey Yeshchenko demonstrated to the world how not to drive one of Nissan’s most advanced vehicles ever made.

The footballer, who played in the recent Brazilian World Cup, obliterated his Nissan by smashing into a telephone pole at well over the speed of sound (we imagine), sending debris flying across the road. Luckily, he was the only one involved in the accident, and somehow managed to walk away from it all.
The smash was caught by CCTV cameras, which filmed the car mowing down the pole like a blade of grass. According to reports, Yeshchenko was doing 170km/h in a 50km/h zone.
Although the crash was mainly caused by human idiocy, its a massive testament to the strength and ingenuity designers put in to build cars as safe as houses. It’s just a pity that the human piloting the GT-R didn’t care much about its safety.
