YouTube has launched a new page spotlighting video surrounding the bomb attacks which rocked the city of Boston yesterday.
The explosions took place near the finish line of the Boston Marathon with thousands of runners still trying to complete the race. Three people have died and dozens have been injured. As news of the explosions reached the outside world, people took to Twitter to send their sympathies to those directly affected by the bombings and the city as a whole.
YouTube’s page features amateur footage from the scene of the explosion, as well as coverage of the event from a number of news channels and US president Barack Obama’s message to the public in the wake of the explosions. Perhaps most harrowing however are the interviews with survivors and witnesses of the bombings.
Warning: Footage may disturb sensitive viewers.
