Relive Apple’s 2013 WWDC keynote…if you run Safari

WWDC 2013

WWDC 2013

Apple’s 2013 WWDC keynote probably wasn’t the most hyped in its history. After all, we weren’t expecting any new iPhones or iPads and the iWatch is still very much theoretical at this stage.

It makes sense then that the atmosphere was a lot more relaxed than the last few Apple launches have. That sense of quiet confidence was only aided by the fact that the rebranding of OS X with Mavericks didn’t come with drastic changes and that market is probably mature enough to accept a much flatter iOS. The preview of the Mac Pro wouldn’t have caused many flutters either. It’s curved sci-fi prettiness and jaw-dropping specs took care of that.

Don’t believe us? Then you can watch it all again, as long you have Safari. If you aren’t running Apple’s browser meanwhile, you can always read our sister site Gearburn’s round-up of the event.
