Donald Trump gets trolled so hard, he threatens to sue
Urban culture invents words and phrases and they are said so often that they find their way into virtually any sentence. In hip hop there is a saying ‘haters will hate’. There is no unanimity on its origins, some trace it to a comedian and others, a hip hop artist. And now with the latest incident where Donald Trump was trolled on Monday on twitter, a technology equivalent is necessary. ‘Trollers will troll’, it should go, allow it to settle in before dismissing it.
Trump was trolled and tricked into retweeting a photo of a sweet married couple. And he did. Except the couple were not all that sweet. In fact, they are Fred and Rosemary West, convicted English serial killers who between 1967 and 1987 tortured and raped young women and girls, murdering 11 of them.
The tweet with the picture of the serial killers made Trump a laughing-stock or as he would say to others a ‘moron’:
Hi @realDonaldTrump. My parents who passed away always said you were big inspiration. Can you pls RT for their memory? pic.twitter.com/veBxFNXnOd
— Philip Bradbury (@feckhead) September 29, 2014
Donald Trump retweeted the picture to his 2.7 million Twitter followers. Over 2000 thousand people retweeted Trump’s retweet before he was aware that he had been trolled.
And then Trump responded to the troll
I thought I was being nice to somebody re their parents. I guess this teaches you not to be nice or trusting. Sad!

Some jerk fraudulently tweeted that his parents said I was a big inspiration to them + pls RT—out of kindness I retweeted. Maybe I’ll sue.

Other social media users have since followed Feckhead’s troll and have sent Trump similar requests on Twitter. One posted an image of serial killer Ted Bundy and another of infamous Mongolian conqueror Genghis Khan. He has not retweeted any of them.
Hi @realDonaldTrump,
My brother loves your work. Can he get an RT? pic.twitter.com/QAJ0paoP7f
