Watch the new ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ trailer and you can skip the film

Okay, the headline for this story might be something of an exaggeration, but there’s no getting around the fact that the new trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice gives away more than is strictly necessary.

Among the things revealed in the trailer are the reasons for the Dark Knight and the son of Krypton fighting, how Jesse Eisenberg manages to be an all powerful super villain, despite the obvious handicap of being Jesse Eisenberg, and the planned setup for the upcoming Justice League franchise (then again, you may well have guessed as much from the film’s title).
