Weekly Round Up Podcast #89: Rogue One, Grand Tour & more
Welcome to Weekly Round Up, our podcast discussing the latest news from the past few days.
This week, Hadlee Simons plays host to Graham van de Made.
In this edition of the Weekly Round Up, the team talks about the new addition to the Star Wars franchise, Rogue One, and what Graham thought of the press screening. The team also discussed a survey done by the IESA which summed up the gaming industry in SA.
The duo also discussed Amazon Prime Video coming to more than 200 countries along with hit series Grand Tour (the launch includes South Africa). Graham also discusses his time with the founders of OfferZen and how they made it in the US.
What are we watching, reading, playing: Graham is hacking and slashing his way through hordes of zombies in Dead Rising 4 and finds it to be a better game than its predecessor. He’s currently wiping his tears away after sitting through the emotional rollercoaster that is Sword Art Online (he’s finished both seasons).
Hadlee is currently still working his way through his second playthrough of Dishonored 2 and having “butt-loads”of fun. He’s also re-watching one of his favourite series, The X-Files. It’s either Family Guy or The X-Files with Hads.
For all this and more, have a listen to the podcast below. Also, be sure to catch the thorough Recommended Reading list at the foot of this article.
