Huawei was last week banned from trading in the United States, causing a ripple effect over the company’s ties with Google and Android.
It was revealed that the smartphone manufacturer will not have access to Google’s services, the Play Store or Android updates in the future.

The Chinese company, however, confirmed that existing Huawei devices would continue to have access to Google and receive important Android updates.
Huawei did not confirm how the ban will affect its upcoming devices.
