Believe it or not, but the Stranger Things 3 craze has not yet ended even though it premiered on Netflix just over a week ago.
This time, Google has joined the bandwagon with a Google Lens feature that will let users scan ads for the show’s “Starcourt Mall” in Thursday’s New York Times newspaper.
No ad to show here.
“In it, you’ll find three ads for Starcourt Mall. Scan them with Google Lens, and you might find that things are stranger than they seem,” Google teased on its blog.
Starcourt Mall is the new mall in the town Hawkins, where the events of Stranger Things 3 takes place.
Seemingly, scanning the ads will give users “digital information” about the show.
