WhatsApp has developed a new feature that allows users to watch Netflix trailer videos directly in the app, reports WABetaInfo.
According to the feature leaker, WhatsApp users on iOS can now open external Netflix links in WhatsApp as part of the picture-in-picture feature released earlier this year.
No ad to show here.
This means that, in addition to YouTube videos, users can also view Netflix trailer videos for series and movies in a pop-up window within open chats.
The feature is currently available in the latest update for WhatsApp on iOS.
Meanwhile, Android’s latest WhatsApp update includes the long-awaited Fingerprint Lock feature.
